SMEClabs Placement Terms and Conditions

CV Submission: Upon course completion, candidates must update their CVs and register with SMEClabs Placement Services.

CV format should be approved by the Placement Department.

Mock Interviews and Soft Skill Development: Candidates must attend mock interviews and soft skill development sessions before registering for SMEClabs Placement Services.

Opportunity Notifications: Registered candidates receive notifications of available job opportunities to which a response from the candidates is mandatory for the placement support process. Candidates who have not responded to notifications for more than 6months will be removed from the placement notification list.

Application Process: Candidates can apply for openings based on preference and suitability.Ensure to read the job description thoroughly before applying.

Interview Attendance: Shortlisted candidates must confirm attendance for scheduled interviews. Candidates must attend scheduled interviews without fail. Failure to attend without prior intimation will result in a low preference for future assistance.

Post-Selection Steps: Candidates selected in interviews must inform SMEClabs and share their Offer Letter. Job confirmation requires submission of a review on Placement Services received.

Non-Joining Consequences: Failure to join an organization after receiving an Offer Letter, without any intimation or valid reason will result in a very low preference/revocation for future assistance.

Malpractice Policy: Any malpractice will lead to revocation of placement support in the future.

Additional Notes: SMEClabs schedules interviews with client companies or sister concern companies.SMEClabs does not guarantee job placement within a specified period/Location or does not blatantly guarantee 100% job but will provide 100% placement support by arranging interview opportunities.

For IT placements, 100 % placement support can be provided only for candidates who have undergone BE/B.Tech/M.Tech or Diploma or Degree in relevant technical background (All  BCA , MCA, BSc CS, MSc CS, BSc Electronics, Statistics) as most of the client companies prefer the mentioned qualification background. If selected, candidates must inform SMEClabs and share appointment letters. Registration is valid for two years from the date of registration.
